Caterina Restaurant Corp. DBA McDonald’s Restaurants located at 1285 Cliveden Ave, Delta, BC, V3M 6M3 is looking for 1 Food Service Supervisor – Shift Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Position: Food Service Supervisor – Shift Supervisor (NOC 62020)
Position Available: 1
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Duration: 35- 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 1285 Cliveden Ave, Delta, BC, V3M 6M3

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control,
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
• Prepare and submit reports,
• Prepare food order summaries for chef,
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres,
• Supervise and check assembly of trays,
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,
• Establish work schedules

Additional Skills
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
