By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. YOUTHCAREERSCANADA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. Advertiser terms and conditions must be accepted and adhered to by Advertisers who use YOUTHCAREERSCANADA’s services and the Site. YOUTHCAREERSCANADA also has a comprehensive privacy policy for users of the Site.

Job Seeker

The purpose of the Website is to connect All Canadian Youth job seekers (“Job Seekers”) with Canadian employers (“Employers”). You may only access or use the profile, resume upload, and job application features of the Job Seekers Page to respond to Employers about employment opportunities, which the Employers have posted on the Website.
You agree that the information contained in your profile, resume and job application accurately describe your experience, education and identity and are not exaggerated, incorrect or untruthful.
YOUTHCAREERSCANADA reserves the right to remove any profile, resumeresume, or job application which is not in accordance with the Terms without prior notice.
By creating your profile, you grant permission to YOUTHCAREERSCANADA to allow hiring companies access to your personal information as they see fit and send you information, updates, and promotional material for upcoming events, announcements or about YOUTHCAREERSCANADA.
YOUTHCAREERSCANADA reserves the right to deny, in our sole discretion, any person from accessing the Website or any portion thereof without prior notice.
YOUTHCAREERSCANADA makes no warranties or representations regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to the information contained on this Website.

Employers

The purpose of the Website is to connect Canadian Youth job seekers (“Job Seekers”) with Canadian employers (“Employers”). You may only access or use the resume or personal information of Job Seekers for the purpose of contacting Job Seekers about employment opportunities.
Employers agree that they will not submit any job posting to this Website which is: (a) False or misleading; (b) A pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing opportunity; (c) Not a current or actual role to be filled; (d) Sexual in nature or related to any of the following: escort services, prostitution, erotic dancing, or erotic massages; (e) Related to modeling or talent searches; (f) Libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening or an invasion of privacy; (g) Obscene or pornographic; (h) In violation of any law; (i) Advocating any illegal activity; (j) Advertising or otherwise soliciting funds; (k) Selling goods or services; or (l) An infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, but not limited to violating anyone’s copyrights or trademarks. (the “Prohibited Content”).
YOUTHCAREERSCANADA reserves the right to remove any job posting for clarity or length and to edit or remove any Prohibited Content from the Website without prior notice.
YOUTHCAREERSCANADA reserves the right to deny, in our sole discretion, any person from accessing the Website or any portion thereof without prior notice.
YOUTHCAREERSCANADA makes no warranties or representation regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to the information contained on this Website.
By creating an Employer Profile, you agree YOUTHCAREERSCANADA can contact you about your job posts and promotional information.

Information for personal, non-commercial use only

You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose (this includes but is not limited to the use of Advertiser contact details for unsolicited commercial correspondence and the information available on our website. You may download material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Site including code and software. You must not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use. You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar automated data gathering, extraction or publication tools on this Site (including without limitation for the purposes of establishing, maintaining, advancing or reproducing information contained on our Site on your own website or in any other publication), except with Our prior written consent.

Information does not represent professional advice

In no event will YOUTHCAREERSCANADA be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.

No guarantees of job vacancy

YOUTHCAREERSCANADA gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the Site. Whilst YOUTHCAREERSCANADA takes efforts to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies, it gives no guarantee to you that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy.

No guarantees as to the service

YOUTHCAREERSCANADA provides no warranty to you that the services generally available through its Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. You also understand that YOUTHCAREERSCANADA cannot and does not guarantee or warrant to you that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

Our rights to use information you send us

YOUTHCAREERSCANADA welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that YOUTHCAREERSCANADA may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display any materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by email to YOUTHCAREERSCANADA. Your responsibility for your login details

To become a registered user, you must provide a password and an email address to YOUTHCAREERSCANADA directly. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your login details. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You may change your password at any time from within your account or if logged out, by pressing lost password on login page. You agree to immediately notify YOUTHCAREERSCANADA of any unauthorized use of your login details or any other breach of security relevant to YOUTHCAREERSCANADA known to you.

No misrepresentations allowed

You agree that it is a condition on your use of the YOUTHCAREERSCANADA Site and of any other services provided by YOUTHCAREERSCANADA or through the Site that you will not through any act or omission (including but not limited to creating a profile on the YOUTHCAREERSCANADA Site) mislead or deceive others.

General provisions

If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, use of our website, or our products or services offered on our website will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes, actions or proceedings relating to the Terms or your access to or use of our website must be brought before the courts of the Province of British Columbia in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

For the purposes of this agreement the words “YOUTHCAREERSCANADA”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to YOUTHCAREERSCANADA and “Site” to materials delivered on https://youthcareerscanada.ca and other co-branded versions (https://indigenousjobsnetwork.ca and https://newcanadian.careers ) of the site.
