Security Manager Full Time

Eagle Eye Security Ltd, located at Unit #103, 8140 120 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 3N3, is looking for a Security Manager to manage and administer the business. The candidate is required to have a minimum college-level diploma/certificate or at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours a week. The company is offering a very competitive wage rate of $54.45 per hour.

Duties required to be performed by the security manager are below, but not limited to:

· Directing and Providing leadership and mentoring to the security team.

· Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.

· Overseeing various critical security systems.

· Developing and implementing training for security operations; ensures team members are trained in Emergency Response Procedures.

· Preparing and maintaining site-specific tactical responses to emergency events; administering evacuations; preparing evacuation checklists.

· Identifying the need for investigations as directed · Reviewing reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons and activities and other reports as requested.

· Conducting on-going site risk assessments, Prepare reports and briefs for the management to evaluate services.

· Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

· Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
