Location:        Fort St. John, BC

Salary:            $34.62 / hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time: 30-40 hours / week

Specific Skills

•           Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising front and back-of-house teams, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.

•           Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets, while implementing marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

•           Ensure compliance with health regulations, enforces company policies, and fosters a positive work environment to promote team performance and customer satisfaction.
