Convenience Store Supervisor Full Time

101235621 Saskatchewan Ltd O/A Leader Highway Kitchen located at 103 Highway 21, Leader, SK S0N 1H0, requires one (1) Convenience Store Supervisor. The Pay will be $22.50 per hour. Completion of secondary school and minimum of one year of experience in related field, is required. We are seeking person with good supervisory and interpersonal skills. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. Training will be provided to the eligible candidates after selection. It is full-time position. Person should be able to perform below mentioned duties:

–     Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of store cashiers.

–     Establish ways to meet the work schedule.

–     Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently.

–     Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations.

–     Manage the inventory and stocks used.

–     Maintain records of sales and merchandise.
