Job Description

Gray Shadow Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer and Finisher to join our construction team. The successful candidate will work on residential and commercial projects across the Lower Mainland.

Duties and Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
Position and secure drywall to metal or wooden studs and joists
Prepare wall and ceiling layouts
Finish corners and angles and apply finishing coats
Create decorative designs in finish coats when required
Supervise and coordinate work of other workers when required
Employment Requirements

Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work at various job sites (frequent travel required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet construction deadlines
English language proficiency required
Work Conditions

On-the-road position; work locations may vary
Physically demanding tasks including lifting and working at heights
