About the Company:
Mr. Lawn is a Surrey-based landscaping and grounds maintenance company providing lawn care, landscape construction, tree services, snow removal, and property maintenance services for residential and commercial clients throughout British Columbia.

Job Duties:
• Hire, supervise, and schedule landscaping staff and contractors
• Plan and direct grounds maintenance and landscaping activities
• Organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
• Coordinate landscape construction projects
• Schedule work crews and monitor project timelines
• Estimate labour and material requirements
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Maintain work records and project logs
• Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance to staff
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality requirements
• Assist in coordinating snow removal operations during winter months

Employment Requirements:
• Secondary school completion required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or landscape construction
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Ability to manage multiple mobile crews and outdoor projects
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
