Convenience Store Supervisor Full Time

101235621 Saskatchewan Ltd O/A ESSO located at 103 Highway 21, Leader, SK S0N 1H0, requires one (1) Convenience Store Supervisor. The Pay will be $21.25 per hour. Completion of secondary school and minimum of one year of experience as supervisor in retail industry, is required. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. This is permanent full-time position 30-40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who are interested to work part time. The main duties will include:

–     Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of store cashiers

–     Establish ways to meet the work schedule

–     Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently

–     Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations

–     Manage the inventory and stocks used

–     Maintain records of sales and merchandise
