Retail Sales Manager Full Time

1086799 BC LTD DBA Bosley’s located at #112 – 5717 Main St , Oliver, BC V0H 1T9, Canada is looking for a Retail Sales Manager with at least high school education. The applicant should also have 1-2 years of relevant experience or a Diploma/certificate in related field. Pay per hour will be $36.65 This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.

Job duties are some of the following:

• Evaluate daily operations
• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
