Retail Supervisor Full Time

KGT Enterprises LTD.  DBA Crossroads Market Esso located at 548  Hwy-93 /95, Invermere, BC V0A 1K3, Canada, is looking for  Retail Supervisors. The candidates should have either 6 months of experience or a certificate or diploma in a relevant field. Pay will be $24.00 per hour for 30- 40 hours per week.

Some of the major responsibilities will be :

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
