Elite Spindles and Railings are currently looking for a Construction General Contractor.

Job Title: Construction General Contractor
Location: Edmonton, AB
Salary: $49.00 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 1
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Secondary School is required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required
Job Duties:

Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Meet with customers to discuss railing designs and project details.
Measure job sites and review plans to make sure everything fits correctly.
Order and manage materials like spindles, railings, posts, and hardware.
Make sure all work follows building codes and safety rules.
Handle project paperwork, budgets, and payments.
