Duties:

·         Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and secure the best

·         coverage.

·         Build and maintain strong customer relationships by anticipating client needs.

·         Manage and process renewals promptly, ensuring high client retention.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross -selling.

·         Provide support to clients in the claims process.

·         Travel short distances on a daily basis.

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full-time: 30-40 hours/week
