Job Title: Painter Supervisor
Employer: Hi-Performance Painting Ltd.
Location: Surrey, BC (work locations may vary; frequent travel to job sites required)
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week, full-time, permanent

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

·         Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in painting or supervisory work

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate the work of painting crews and subcontractors on residential and commercial projects

·         Prepare production reports and project updates

·         Coordinate and schedule activities across multiple job sites

·         Train or arrange training for workers, including on safety procedures and quality standards

·         Estimate labour, material, and equipment requirements

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

·         Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, training, or disciplinary measures

·         Requisition and order supplies, materials, and equipment

·         Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed to specifications and deadlines

Supervision:

·         5–10 people (and subcontracted crews)
