SWISS BAKERY – LOOKING FOR 1 MANGER IN VANCOUVER B.C.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our establishment.

Position: Manager (NOC 60030)

Wage: $34.62/hr for 30-40 hrs/week

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

·         Train, motivate, and lead a team of dedicated staff members

·         Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

·         Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary goals

·         Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

·         Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

·         Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement

·         Collaborate with the owner and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry, 1 year to less than 2 years

·         Education: Secondary School

·         Language: English

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

·         Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
