1. Foreman – Demolition

📍 Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland and Island, BC
💰 Salary: $39.80 per hour
🕒 Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
📅 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise demolition crews and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Assign tasks, interpret blueprints and work orders, and provide training to new workers. Coordinate with project managers and contractors, estimate materials, requisition supplies, and address on-site issues such as equipment malfunctions. Ensure adherence to WorkSafeBC standards and maintain project documentation and safety records.
Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role in demolition or construction.
Language: English proficiency.
Work Conditions: Requires frequent travel to different project sites.
