Food Service Supervisor Full Time

Job Duties:

-Provide work direction, supervision to other staff

-Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

-Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures

-Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules

-Prepare budget and cost estimates

-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

-Ensure food service and quality control is met

-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

-Promote and maintain excellent customer relations and effective on-going communication with all levels of staff

-Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English
