Food Service Supervisor Full Time

D & H Projects Ltd. DBA Quiznos is looking for an experienced and organized Food Service Supervisor to join the team.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00/Hourly

Job Duties:

·         Provide work direction, supervision to other staff

·         Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·         Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures

·         Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules

·         Prepare budget and cost estimates

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

·         Ensure food service and quality control is met

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·         Promote and maintain excellent customer relations and effective on-going communication with all levels of staff

·         Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English
