BC Canada Wholesale Electronics Ltd. Dba Discount Phone Repair located in 20297 56 Avenue Langley, BC V3A 3Y6 is looking to hire one Sales Supervisor to join our company.

Position: Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)

Position Available: 1

Wage: $23.00 per hour

Duration: 35- 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 20297 56 Avenue Langley, BC V3A 3Y6

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate sales staff
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Sell products to customers
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
·         Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Experience: At least 1-2 years retail sales experience is required.

Language: English (Oral and Written)

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail
