Cabinetmaker Full Time

Dari Construction Ltd.  Located at 678 Cornwall Street, Regina, SK, S4R 1J4 is currently looking for two (2) Cabinetmaker. Pay will be $34.75 per hour. Some experience in the field is preferred. Training will be provided to the hired employees. Applicants should be able to communicate in English. These are full-time positions. We will also consider applicants who are willing to work part time. The Following are some of the duties

• Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers and shapers, to cut, shape and form parts and components
•  Prepare specifications of custom-made cabinets that maximize storage
•  Shape surfaces or edges of wood work pieces, using hand tools, such as planes, chisels, or wood files
• Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made
• Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit and reinforce joints
•  Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics
• Apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
