Truck Trailer Mechanic Full Time

Jas Truck & Trailer Repair Inc. located on 1902 E Redbear Avenue, Regina, SK S4N4N7, is currently looking for two (2) Truck and Trailer Mechanics. Pay will be $34.75 per hour. Candidates to have one-year post-secondary relevant education or equivalent experience.These are full-time job position for 30 – 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for these positions & candidates to be willing to work in any shift. Duties include the following:

·         Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems

·         Confirm finding with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit

·         Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions

·         Review work orders

·         Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems

·         Repair or replace mechanical units or components

·         Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications

·         Perform scheduled maintenance service

·         Test and adjust units to specifications

·         Complete reports to record problems and work performed
