Electrician Full Time

J.R. Electric Ltd is looking to hire two full-time electricians to join their team as soon as possible.

Description:

Position: Electrician

Position Available: 2

Wage: $30.00 per hour

Duration: 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Address: 8843 Ursus Crescent, Surrey, British Columbia, V3V 6L3, Canada

Job Duties:

Install underground wiring and cables
Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations
Splice, join and connect wires
Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits
Determine appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations
Troubleshoot and isolate faults
Install surface mount and/or overhead cables
Conduct preventive maintenance programs
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary school education is required

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience is required.
