As we expand, we’re seeking experienced and reliable Construction Painters Supervisors to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of painters on commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and job specifications
Ensure quality control and strict adherence to safety protocols
Perform hands-on work when required, including spraying, rolling, and brushing
Communicate effectively with site managers, general contractors, and project managers
Track project progress and report job status to company leadership
Train and mentor junior painters to maintain workmanship standards

Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar supervisory or painting role
Language: English
Work Setting: On-site only – no remote work option

Strong communication and leadership skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Team-oriented with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
