Retail Supervisor Full Time

Guru Teg Bahadur Enterprises Ltd. (Mobil Gas Station &Waypoint Convenience Store) located at 5420 – 46th Street,Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, T4T 1C6 requires Retail Supervisor with minimum high school. Eligible candidate should also have 3 months – 1 year of relevant experience or acollege diploma/certificate in related field. Pay per hourwill be $ 21.50. This is permanent full-time position with32-40 hours of week.
Job duties are some of the followings:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers & other sales staff.
· Manage and arrange daily tasks of sales associates and cashiers, and organizing staff schedules
· Write reports on monthly sales and staff work performance and make suggestions to increase sales
· Approve product exchange and refund and assist with relevant duties when opening or closing the store.
· Ensure cleanliness of the store, display, price tags, and maintain visual standards of merchandises.
· Deal with customers’ complaints and inquiries
