Truck/Trailer Mechanic Full Time

Fantastic Transport Inc. located at 424 1st Ave E, Regina, SK is presently looking for two (2) Truck and Trailer Mechanics. Pay will be $34.75 per hour. Candidates to have one-year post-secondary relevant education and/or equivalent experience. These are full-time job positions for 30 – 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for these positions. Duties include the following:

·         Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems

·         Confirm finding with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit

·         Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions

·         Review work orders

·         Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems

·         Repair or replace mechanical units or components

·         Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications

·         Perform scheduled maintenance service

·         Test and adjust units to specifications

·         Complete reports to record problems and work performed
