Job Overview
Deep Painting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Painter Supervisor to oversee and coordinate painting and finishing projects across residential, commercial, renovation, restoration, and new construction sites

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of painting crews
Assign tasks, schedule work, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Prepare production reports and maintain project records.
Estimate labour, materials, and project costs.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Order paint, materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations, company safety policies, and safe work practices.
Provide training, guidance, and instruction to workers and apprentices.
Evaluate worker performance and recommend personnel actions when required.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and management to ensure projects are completed according to quality standards.

Supervision
Supervise a team of 5–10 workers.

Requirements
Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
3 years to less than 5 years of related experience.
Experience supervising painting or construction finishing projects.
Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and project coordination.
