GN Safety Supplies Inc. is a growing Canadian supplier of personal protective equipment (PPE), industrial safety products, and workplace safety solutions operating from facilities in Edmonton, Alberta and Richmond, British Columbia. The company supplies safety equipment and logistics support to businesses across construction, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and industrial sectors throughout Canada.

Due to continued operational growth and increased warehouse and distribution demands, we are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our Richmond, BC operations team.

Job Details

Position: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Richmond, British Columbia
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $36.60 per hour (Annual Salary – $66,612.00)
Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Setting: On-site only
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations
Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment activities
Develop work schedules and operational priorities to meet customer and business demands
Supervise and support a team of shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff
Coordinate activities with purchasing, sales, and inventory departments
Monitor inventory flow and maintain accurate operational records and reports
Resolve operational issues related to shipments, delays, and inventory discrepancies
Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and workplace safety monitoring
Ensure compliance with company procedures, warehouse safety standards, and operational policies
Assist management in improving workflow efficiency and operational productivity
Requirements

College diploma or post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/logistics systems is considered an asset
