Retail Store Supervisor Full Time

Luvreen Enterprises Ltd. DBA Chevron located at 32961 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford BC V2S 2A6 is looking for two full-time Retail Store Supervisors to join their team as soon as possible.

Description:

Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Position Available: 2

Wage: $23.00 per hour

Duration: 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 32961 South Fraser way, Abbotsford BC V2S 2A6

Job Duties:

Assign sales workers to duties
Authorize payments by cheque
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Conduct performance reviews
Train and supervise staff
Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Experience: At least 1-2 years retail sales experience is required.

Language: English (Oral and Written)

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail
