The applicant is also required to have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Pay per hour will be $38.50 per hour . This is a fulltime position for at least 30-40 hours a week. We are seeking an individual who has the capability to independently manage the restaurant operations efficiently.
Some of the job duties are listed below, which are not limited to:
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Recruit staff Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Address customers' complaints or concerns Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
